Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Settara, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Settara offers tools to create AI-assisted automotive-style images from your uploads or text descriptions. The service is provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Credits and payments

Certain features consume credits. Credits may be purchased through our payment partner (e.g. Robokassa). Prices and credit rules are shown on the site. Unless required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are delivered or used. Free or promotional credits may be subject to additional limits (e.g. watermarked outputs).

5. Your content

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant Settara a licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service (including generation, storage, and optional public gallery features if you publish). You represent that you have the rights to upload the material and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes;
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service;
• Upload content depicting minors inappropriately, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other prohibited material;
• Misrepresent AI outputs as unaltered photographs of real events where such misrepresentation would be misleading or unlawful.

7. AI outputs and disclaimer

Generated images are synthetic and may contain inaccuracies or artefacts. Settara does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or outputs.

8. Intellectual property

The Settara name, branding, and software are protected. Do not use our marks without permission except as allowed by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
