Settara provides AI-generated automotive-style imagery. This policy describes how we handle personal data when you use our website and services.

  • Account data — email, display name, and profile information when you sign up (via Supabase Auth).
  • Content you upload — car photos you submit for generation, stored in our configured storage (e.g. Supabase Storage) for processing and your history.
  • Usage and technical data — IP address, browser type, cookies or similar technologies needed to run the service and keep you signed in.
  • Payment metadata — when you purchase credits through our payment provider (e.g. Robokassa), we receive confirmation of the transaction; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

3. AI-generated content

Outputs are produced using third-party AI models (e.g. image and language APIs). You are responsible for ensuring your uploads and use of outputs comply with applicable law and our Terms of Use. Generated images may be watermarked for free-tier use.

4. How we use data

We use data to:

  • Provide, secure, and improve the service;
  • Authenticate you and manage credits;
  • Process payments and support requests;
  • Comply with legal obligations where required.

5. Processors and third parties

We rely on infrastructure and service providers (including Supabase for auth/database/storage, AI providers for generation, and payment processors). They process data only as needed to provide those services, under their own terms and privacy policies.

We use cookies and similar mechanisms for session management and security (e.g. keeping you logged in). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit functionality.
