2. Ordering and timelines

Choose a credit pack on Pricing, proceed to payment, and complete checkout on the secure Robokassa page. After successful payment confirmation, credits are added to your account balance automatically, usually within seconds (refresh the page or contact us if delayed). Our obligation to grant use of the purchased credits is fulfilled once credits are credited to your account.

3. Payment terms and methods

Payments are processed via Robokassa. Available methods (including bank cards and other options shown in Robokassa) appear at checkout. Currency: Russian ruble (RUB). Your payment instrument is charged after Robokassa confirms the payment.

4. Service delivery / digital content

The service is the right to use credits (tokens) to generate images in the Settara online service. The service is provided remotely; no physical goods are shipped. Purchase of credits is deemed performed when credits are credited to the balance of the account linked to your profile.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Refund of money for credits (tokens) that have already been paid for and credited to your balance is not offered, except where applicable law of the Russian Federation expressly requires otherwise.

Cancellation before payment and before credits are credited

Until you complete payment, you may cancel by not finishing checkout. If payment is not completed, no obligation to deliver credits arises and your payment instrument should not be charged (except for bank or network issues handled as described below).

Incorrect or duplicate charges, failed crediting, and other cases required by law

If a refund or adjustment is required by law, or there is a clear error (including duplicate charges or a confirmed payment without credits being credited), email alexgorin37@gmail.com with subject “Refund / payment”, your account email, payment date and amount, payment reference or bank screenshot if available, and a short description.

We will review requests within 10 business days of receiving complete information. If a refund is due, it will be made using the same method as the original payment (to the same instrument or equivalent where rules require), for the full refundable amount. We do not deduct bank or payment-provider fees from the amount returned to you.

When a refund is required by law or agreed grounds, the amount returned is not reduced by bank or payment-service commissions.
